The family of a minor who sustained severe injuries after being hurled from the top floor of the art gallery have stated their "brave warrior" has reached his objective of managing to swim, run, and jump anew.

This European boy was six years old when he was thrown from a ledge by a youth, at that time seventeen.

The child, who was traveling with his parents in August 2019 when assaulted, survived a 100ft drop but suffered significant wounds, like a bleed on the brain and broken bones.

Parents said in an news on a crowdfunding site, they were pleased that he had been able to improve with his jumping, swimming and running before his next surgery.

"He can't perform similar to youngsters his age, naturally, but we can no longer portray what he does in different terms than by calling it's swimming, running, and jumping."

"It's different, just for a few meters or a very small height, but it's an incredible achievement."

The boy, who spent many months in ICU, has persisted to develop cognitive endurance.

Relatives said although his memory skills were still very limited, they were effective and progressing, so he was "acquiring a general knowledge at his rate, which increasingly permits him to be integrated with other children."

'Goal Achieved'

Parents noted: "Additionally, he is growing up, and thanks to his therapy with the psychomotor therapist, he currently enables himself to rest."

Following a legal proceeding at the central criminal court, the youth was found guilty of attempted murder and was imprisoned in the year 2020 for no less than a decade and a half.
